The current modernization in the industry of automobiles has massively reduced human labor by replacing it with products; robots, vehicles, etc. The Road safety World series 2021 is a great initiative to make the public aware of road safety. Different countries will organize this after becoming part of this movement.

depending upon the use it may change to either a safer side or may bear a high value of Risk. On one side automobiles have changed the lives of human beings but on the other side, they are also causing serious loss to their users as well as to the Environment. The current road accident rate is 17% in Pakistan and is increasing rapidly day by day. Moreover, The total contribution to the annual death of Pakistan is 2.2% which is also increasing exponentially. It is common to say,
“Accidents do not Happen-they are caused”
Last year India took an initiative by hosting The Road Safety World Series 2021 in Maharashtra. The exhibition aimed to spread awareness among the public to reduce the number of deaths & Injuries caused by these accidents. The noble purpose of this initiative is highly appreciated. This action from beyond the border will be highly influential. The social media campaigns on different platforms i.e Facebook, Twitter, etc. are at their peak to educate the local community on Road Safety World Series. Now the most awaited is The road safety World Series schedule for the current year 2022.
Why Pakistan is not part of this program?
The international teams in The road Safety World Series 2021 are participating in India. This is a cricket series with this title. The purpose to assign this title is just to aware the general public on road safety.
The relations of Pakistan with India are not good due to several economic, social, and political reasons. Finally, The tension in the relations between these two nations is the sole reason to not participate in the series. This is the time, we as a good and responsible nation, to take the required measure to stop this fast trending rate of road accidents. Please drive carefully, drive safe-stay safe.
